Ebulletin - August 2009

Welcome to the August/September issue of our Ebulletin.

In this issue we look at share option plans as a cost effective solution, at this crucial time, for employers wanting to encourage involvement from key employees who will contribute to the future growth of their business.

We consider the alternatives to redundancy that companies can and should be considering and point out a few changes coming soon with the implementation of the Companies Act and opportunities that might come from those changes.

We follow our mortgage expert on the next instalment in the discussion on lending and we get to grips with the small print of the higher rate of tax for those earning over £100K per annum.

At the end of each article we have provided the contact details of a qualified expert in each area. If you have any questions or concerns, do get in touch.

If you find our Ebulletin useful, please forward it to your friends and colleagues and if there’s anything you’d like us to cover or change in the future, please send an email to goodideas@armstrongwatson.co.uk
